Affordable for Everyone

One of our goals here at Hollis Family Chiropractic Center is to make chiropractic care affordable for everyone. Patients obtain the best results when office visits and chiropractic adjustments are administered as a series of adjustments, with one adjustment building on the next. For this reason, office visits and adjustments are available in long-term 12-month plans or may be purchased in packages as few as 12 office visits. Office visits and adjustments on a "per visit" basis are discouraged for most, with the exception of our Medicare-eligible patients.

In an effort to make chiropractic care more affordable, we offer various discounted plans to patients and their immediate family members. The first adult family member will be charged the discounted fee according to the details of their chosen care plan. Subsequent adult family members are eligible for even greater savings. Similar savings plans are available for children. Children must be under 18 years of age to qualify for the children’s savings plans. In addition, discounts on children's care plans apply only if at least one immediate family member is concurrently registered in an adult care plan. Package Plans are non-transferable.

Insurance not accepted

Hollis Family Chiropractic Center, PLLC does not submit claims to insurance carriers or other third party payors. However, a patient walk-out receipt containing information pertaining to services and procedures rendered is provided. An HCFA-1500 form is available by request.  Either form may be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement of charges incurred as outlined in your insurance policy. Hollis Family Chiropractic Center, PLLC may offer assistance and guidance in submitting your claims to your insurance carrier.

Payment is expected when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Health on a Budget

At Hollis Family Chiropractic Center, PLLC we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help! The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
